FREE ZONE ENTITY (FZE)
This type of a company is a proprietor or one owner company and is incorporated in the Free Zone. They are fast to form and the processes are fairly quick.
FREE ZONE COMPANY (FZC)
This type of a company is defined as a partnership firm, having multiple individuals as shareholders and is incorporated in the Free Zone. FZCO’s are also fast to form and can be set up within 24 hours.
BRANCH OFFICE
This type of a company refers to a company establishing itself in the free zone or the U.A.E as a branch of a foreign company. We can assist in formation of Branch within 24 hours.

Trade License
Commercial Licenses are issued to companies engaged in trading (import & export) of goods and services. These can be broadly classified into 2 types:

General Trade License
Manufacturing License
A Manufacturing License is issued to companies who intend to produce or manufacture goods in the U.A.E. In order to obtain this license, companies need to qualify based upon the rules and regulation of the U.A.E in response to environment and labour issues. Professional Service License

Executive Office
Included in the package: Rent for the Office, License for the respective category, Maintenance, General Services, Sign Board, Sewage Charges, Establishment Card for Immigration and Initial Telephone Connection (Usage and monthly billing will be undertaken directly between client and the telecom services provider)
